Had to add that Eileen N. Fanning of 27091 Perch Lake Road. Also owns Land Pro, Inc. a landscaping contractor/company. Looks like she needed some extra money to help bail out her failing business. People like Fanning are the scum of the earth, they are sue happy because they cannot accept that they are failures in life and the only thing that brings them joy is money.
She tripped and threw herself, sorry. Fell down on March 8, 2011, and just now, 3 months later she is suing? Kinda fishy, guess she needed money and figured this would be an easy way.
