yeah i think the police force in this area is a joke. the cops treat this place like a city. their image is mostly portrayed as vigilanty soldiers seeking revenge on the people residing in the bay area. the village needs to take some action in either better training for these yo yo's or bring some new officers in with a little respect for the people who make your paycheck!!!

Well, I do believe they have to pass a NYS Civil Service exam, physical and a background check like all other police depts small or large. Whats with the training, it's the individual doing the job. Don't know where you work but sounds like it is a perfect world there.
