Watertown man accused of STOMPING on woman
WEDNESDAY, MAY 30, 2012

City police on Saturday charged Harry J. Perkins Jr., 33, of 1526 State St., with third-degree assault.

Mr. Perkins was accused of repeatedly stomping on Breanna L. Simpson on Thursday night at her Mechanic Street residence.

He is to answer the charge in City Court.

Henry J. Perkins Jr., 33, of 1526 State St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 5:15 p.m. Thursday at his residence with second-degree aggravated harassment. He is accused of calling Charles McIntyre, Bronson Street, and left voice messages stating he would come to his home to cause bodily harm and to kill. Mr. Perkins was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building on $500 police bail pending arraignment Friday morning in City Court.

Sounds like a like a love triangle gone bad.. After reading story sounds like Mr. McIntyre might have had something to do with it. He was threatened by Mr perkins... It is odd that he even showed up to the scene knowing Mr Perkins lived there. He had to know it would cause an altercation. What also baffles me is the light sentence on the prior assault charges on both parties. I mean blame it on the intoxicated woman.. Along with a couple buddies or mother for alibi and your off clean.. Just seems odd.. Just sayin
