Law allows the "open carry" of guns at places like City Hall

Under a revison to the existing law, local governments can no longer prohibit people from openly carrying weapons in the municipal facilities such as the zoo, libriaries, and city hall.

As long as they aren't allowed in places where tempers flare and emotions can take over. Like family courts and such. If you can't keep them in check and you have a gun with you, even though it would be legal, you might react before you can calm down. Normally good people can become criminals in a split second reaction.

I didn't know if they could or not.
I do know tempers can flare anywhere. i was meaning the odds are better in these type of settings.
