Keep in mind, this girls father is a Sheriff's Deputy, special treatment?? Really makes you wonder who caused the delays?? Sounds like she was definitely guilty!!

Always like the word 'allegations', crime would not have occured unless she opened the door! Ask the others involved/charged and I guarantee you they will tell you who opened the door. Shame on the special prosecutor, hopefully he does not seek re-election!

They watch out for each other.
The attorney's are afraid that one of the cops may bring in someone they will have to represent and they want to stay on good ole boy terms.
In other words they are all in bed together!

LoCar I couldn't agree with you more. You hit it right on the head with your two comments above.

I wonder what the three persons who are already serving time in prison will have to say about all of this???

those of you who don't think our city is corrupt....there it was in black and white on the front page!!! they didn't prosecute o time on purpose! just like the judge who got called to the scene to dump out her kids pot hen he got caught, and the list could go on and on. but people just take it and put up with it instead of question the government because they are afraid of retaliation, Julie marshall sued the city for walking on her rights and look what happened to her, she gets nailed to the wall for being behind on filing her taxes, while violent criminals run free because they are related to a cop or a judge....we need to be picketing city hall and out in the streets for real justice, not the justice system that has been picking and choosing who we prosecute!!! WAKE UP PEOPLE!!! we are right back where we were before the civil war in reguards to our government!!! we cant even raise our own kids anymore without the government telling us how to....that's not working out to well either, kids are nuts these days because parents are afraid to raise their kids and punish them when they do bad in fear of our government taking them away, so look around at the result of it, hope the system is proud of themselves for destroying OUR America that we pay for dearly. we cant even live anymore while our people in power get more corrupt by the second!

this is the most corrupt little town in the world. the other 3 are sitting in prison. the same sheriff deputy arrested me on posession charges after y 9 year old found seed on the ground and tok them to school because they were studying seeds. this same sheriff deputy pressed the issue to prosecute my son @ 9 years old who found the baggy with seeds in it on the ground by Churchhill Downs. HE then proceeded to question my son before I got to the school, but I was told NONE of this mattered... His grown strung out daughter burglarized and assaulted someone and she walked scott free.... yes this officer is getting favors and a whole lot of corruption in the sheriffs department.

Sounds like a good story for dateline…the big TV shows love to expose small town BS.
They need to start with the prosecutors office; DJ Mote, Curious as to the depth of cases ole DJ has withheld information on or had persons turn state witness??
As tax paying citizens he should have to report the number of cases dismissed due to time lapse. I would venture to say there would be NONE. Once again the "Good ole boys club". Can you say biased opinion?
