There are 2 warrants in evidence with everything else and Maye has admitted to shooting Officer Jones. You know something the rest of us don't?

Since Maye says he was asleep and the Police didn't knock or announce themselves we believe him and not the Officers who said they did knock and announce themselves? Could it possibly be that he did hear them and was busy flushing the evidence down the toilet while the Officers were knocking and announcing themselves, giving Maye the opportunity to open the door?

If another one of the Officer's shot him why hasn't Maye's lawyers already brought that up in any of the other hearings over the years? That would be big news. Sounds like more people talking about something they know nothing about.

I have heard both sides and I have heard even more rumors. If there is covering up going on Maye's lawyers should have already said something which they haven't and they don't have any new evidence or it would have already been presented because Maye is on his last chance. The only covering up going on is Maye and his lawyers trying to cover his a$$.

That person is not dum, be careful when calling names. Jefferson Davis County, has a lot to give account of, it goes back before McCullin went in office. Start before Mr. G. Jones, Mr. C. Stringer, keep working your way back before these two, and work your way pass these two. It did not start with McCullin, but the trash has been put in his hands, wrong doing has been going on in this county a very, very long time. God don't like ugly, and he is not crazy about pretty. what goes around will come around to you and me also. The night do have eyes, just maybe those eyes never came forward, fearing for ther lives, remember law officers use to take people behind the food stamp/welfare office, and beat them, for imformation, how does that sound, and this is a true fact. Be carful what you ask for.

Its amazing the ignorance that runs rampant in this county. Maye admitted to the shooting and tried to defend it as self defense. But here we have the OJ sympathetics that think just because he was black and the officer was white that the black man should be vindicated and given his freedom regardless his guilt. This coming from a mass of people who drive their cars with 2000 dollar paint jobs and 4000 dollar rims to the office of Human Services to apply for their food stamps and TANF benefits and when they need more monthly income they reproduce more children to further burden the taxpayers of this country. When you want representation that reflects dignity, act dignified. Pull up your pants, support your children, get a job, corral your screaming kids in the grocery store, learn proper english, get educated.

Just to set the facts straight, I lived in that very same apartment that officier Jones was shot in .You cannot see the back door from the front door there is a wall between them so if the other officier shot,it would have hit the wall. He could not even see Maye because the bedroom was on the otherside. So the therory of Jones being shot by his partner is false. Maye's defense was he didn't hear Jones say police or Ron didn't say police. The problem with this is Maye was laying on the floor in front of the door and shot Jones in a upward angle up under his vest. So if Maye didn't hear Jones what was he doing on the floor he should have been in the bed if he was asleep like he says.

White folks receive welfare long before blacks, it just became bad when people of color start receiving it,do you work there are were you applying. If the person thats getting paid taxpayers money would bring jobs to the county we would work. The people that has rims and paint on their cars, maybe visiting their family that work there, are may have purchase them before they needed assistants.where did you get your education thinking that children are produce NOW THATS IGNORANT.
