SPLC is gang of traitors. I want officials to question the legality of parents demanding welfare!!! That's just common sense.

Of course this whole issue would vanish if obozo would end the practice of birthright citizenship. He could do that overnight.

If you are in the country illegally you should not receive any money from the government. If your child, due to current policy has been given a birth certificate showing them as an American citizen then any benefits they are eligible for should only be assigned to a legal citizen who is the parent or legal guardian for the child. If the child does not have a legal guardian or parent who is in the country legally then the child has been abandoned and should become a ward of the state.

Unfortunately, they received food stamps and sell them for cash while taking advantage of free school breakfasts, lunches and in some schools dinner, as well as every food pantry in their areas.

We need harsher punishments for illegal migration, as opposed to just shrugging and saying "Mexicans will be Mexicans." I suggest 3 steps for each offense (an offense being caught here with a legal right to be here).

1st offense: Immediate deportation to Mexico (but they can be droppd off anywhere they want in the country). They are prohibited from ever entering America again, even as a tourist.
2nd offense: Immediate deportation to the southern most part of Mexico around the Canal.
3rd offense: 20 years in prison, and then immediate deportation to the southern most part of Mexico.

Also person caught helping an illegal across the border or knowing of one's citizenship without reporting it is convicted of obstruction of justice with a minimum penalty of 10 years in prison.
