Nothing like pandering to the fear mongers. And how does this address what is obviously a higher rate of violent crime? It doesn't. It only puts more guns on the street.

Sorry Guy, You have not looked at the crime statistics from the last 4 years from the FBI. All crime is down including Violent crime. The right to keep and bear arms is in the constitution. so where do you get off telling me how, when or where I defend my gift of life from those who would not obey the law? Pretty arrogant of you.

Why are college employees banned from having firearms in their cars, trucks when everyone else is allowed to keep them,There are lots of hunters who would like to go hunting after work, but first must return home to get firearm.

Great! now when I go to work I am going to have to be concerned if my coworker is having a bad day and will be going out to his car and want to shoot up the place.
Great now I am going to have to be locked and loaded just to be ready premptively.
Where does this insanity end.

Near as I can tell you get to take your rights under the First Amendment to work with. Why can't one take their rights under the Second Amendment?

Not if it is stolen first, shipped to Mexico, then brought back over the border with illegal drugs and fired at innocent people during a drug-induced crime.

Treat your fellow employees with dignity and respect and you have to be looking back over your shoulder every minute of the day. Combined with the fact that if an employee goes off, he can always go home, get a gun, and return to do his dirty deed.

Or you could move to the UK and see how very strict gun control has worked for them and solved all their problems. Or the fact that it didn't, it didn't stop Derrick Byrd from killing 12 people.

Or you can try the other shoe on for a few minutes. One of your fellow employees goes off and starts shooting. You retrieve your gun from your car and put an end to his/her madness. Or maybe he/she wouldn't have gone off in the first place if he/she felt a dozen employees would be shooting back in short order. Interesting thought, eh?

Answer me this:

Why are lawmakers restricting the guns to the parking lots?

Are they afraid for their safety inside where THEY work if someone carries a gun in?

Seems like typical hypocritical, pandering for votes to me.

Most places already have laws on the books against shooting and killing folks.

I doubt one more law saying whether a gun is "allowed" here or there is going to do much to change someone's mind who is already bent on it.

Gun laws ONLY disarm law abiding citizens.

Yes, because if there was a law in place that didn't allow him to have a gun there, surely he wouldn't kill anyone..........except, it's already against the law to kill and he didn't seem too worried about that either.....

Bunk. We don't make AK-47s. Widely known fact, only small percentage from USA, too expensive. Try and read more, post less.

Double Bunk. You quote Feinstein propaganda? Neither does the USA manufacture AK-47s, the assault rifle of choice for drug cartels. Where do you think they get them?
Another myth busted! Yours. You should read more, post less!
