Why bother ? A sheriff doesn't want to issue a gun permit to a marawana user so they take the issue to the US Supreme court.

The 2nd amendment was written to prohibit GOVT from regulating guns. The courts and the sheriff need to be tested for reading skills. Too bad there's no punishment for violating the amendment.

Hey sheriff, gun owners use prescribed drugs all the time, including cops.

They had this problem in Florida until the Legislator created punishment for violating a gun owner's rights.

So do we deny permits to those have prescriptions for Vicodin? How about Prozac? If I have a permit and get a prescription for codeine cough syrup will it be revoked? If a cop get a dui do we take his gun?
