It is now time for the USA to legalize all drugs so that the criminal element dissolves. It is just like Prohibition. Why has the USA not learned that the DRUG WAR CAN NEVER BE WON?????

So, what changes for the cartels after you legalize pot? Do you honestly think that will put them out of business?
Like the Mafia, Yakuza, Cosa Nostra, and thousands of other organized social cancers, weed isn't their only business. Their "portfolios" are well diversified, and they are very capable at adapting and overcoming to their situations.
Like dealing in the production and trafficking of ALL the other controlled substances.(Do you purpose to legalize them too?)
Even if you did, what of their other businesses, like:
Extortion, Theft, Fraud, Robbery, Burglary, Counterfeiting, Prostitution, Blackmailing, and Assinations and Murders?
Sorry, but legalizing pot isn't the answer. Either we get back to "fighting to win," or we accept hiding in our "safe rooms."
