it is a good safe downtown location and the functin does not intrude badly into the neighborhood asstetics. Grounds will be kept up nice,daytime only activity most of the time, and when emergency operations are conducted the neighbor are on the from line of that protection. Strong building to tuck away into during high winds. Good job Public Works. And can serve voters comfortably trice a year to boot. Smart move
