Court Decision

Moran has called a special meeting at 5:30 p.m. Monday on a proposal to permit the sale of food and beverages for the "boats and water craft which use the small harbor."

So is this just an attempt to bypass the ruling or
will you now have to show proof that you have a boat or water craft in the small harbor??

Come on Great leaders just admit you messed up and
shut it down. The court says you were wrong.

Can't agree more. This has become a personal vengeance by Matt McDonnell against the people who live at the harbor funded with taxpayer money. Someone needs to find out just how much money has been spent on this one bar.

Now it looks like they are trying to say two wrongs make a right. Deal with it, bars and restaurant have never been allowed at the harbor and the reason for that is that people live there and have been living there for a hundred years. The harbor wouldn't even be that big if those people hadn't donated the land and what they got in exchange was a promise of peace and quiet in their homes, by Connie's grandfather of all people.

Connie, take note. Those people who live there are fighting for their homes. Why do you want one more bar at the harbor? You have 98 more to go to with more to open soon, let those people live quietly. You have tormented them for two years with bad music, now it's time to man up and say you made a mistake.

It's okay by Fat Mama. The blue cheese burgers were terrible. Don't spend a lot of money on this bar, we have better ones here already. Why not give Kwitzky's the lawyers instead?
