I don't have a stake in the game so I'm not gonna side with either 'side' but from what I understand even if this current lot plan is denied all he really has to do is build trailers on the property per the zoning form they mentioned in the article that its already zoned as.

Its his land, and he can do whatever he wants with it so long as he follows zoning rules. Not trying to discourage you or anything but @ least per my understand of what the paper said on the issue with current zoning ordinances he can still build on the area, just trailers rather than houses. And if I were you I'd prefer houses to trailers.

Something obviously is coming up, either a trailer park or a subdivision.@ least with a subdivision the owners tend to take care of their lots & tend to be of a higher class/behavior than trailer park ppl.

He already has the legal authority to build a trailer park so you better decide -- do you want neighbors who take care of their property or lower-class types?

Your choice I guess.

Well I see the JC Board of Supers did the right thing and approved this new development on Humphrey Farms Road. This is going to be a quality neighborhood with new site built homes instead of trailers. There is a need for this and as a business owner I welcome this type of development to the community and applaud the developers for investing their own money to make it happen. While I understand some people always object to any change in our community this is by far better than what could have been put there without asking for permission to upgrade to a subdivision with much to offer the new home buyer.
