How ludicrous is this. Here we are in Smalltown, Mississippi needing 37 million to comply with
Obama Care. Can you fathom what the rest of this
nation will need especially the large metropolitan
cities. I hope you remember this come 2012 when you
the taxpayer have a say so in what the criminals in
Washington DC do with your money.
