Oh, you must be one of those people who expect Law Enforcement officers to be psychic. How in the world would of officer know the details of why the truck was parked illegally? It got towed, and when the details were learned, the man was reimbursed for the tow bill. What in the world is there to complain about?

IF YOU READ THE WIRE SERVICE FILING, THE OWNER WAS NEXT TO HIS TRUCK AS HE WAS DOING CPR ON A ACCIDENT VICTIM. THE OFFICER IN CHARGE OF THE SCENE WAS DIRECTING TRAFFIC WITH HIS PARTNER. THE LOCAL TOWING SERVICE (UNDER CITY CONRACT) ARRIVED AND MOVED THE TRUCK TO THE IMPOUND LOT, WITHOUT ASKING THE OFFICERS ON SCENE. THE MEDICS HAD NOT ARRIVED AND THE NAVY MEDIC WAS CONCENTRATING ON THE VICTIM TILL PROPER RELIEFED OF THE CPR. I'VE BEEN THROUGH MARYVILLE BEFORE, BUT SO SMALL I DIDN'T KNOW IT.

Where do you read that? Here is a quote from the article;

"He pulled over and comforted a woman whose fiance had suffered a heart attack inside the ambulance.

When the rescuers learned of Moore's medical training, they asked if he would help administer CPR. He left his truck on the exit ramp and got in. The man died at Foote Hospital in Jackson."

He got into the ambulance and drove to the hospital. Now stop yelling you nimrod.

Thanks to the sheriff for paying the towing bill, and thanks to Mr. Moore for his trying to save the mans life.

"He pulled over and comforted a woman whose fiance had suffered a heart attack inside the ambulance.

He jumped into the ambulance and went to the hospital.

Thanks to the Sheriff for paying the towing bill and special thanks to Mr. Tim Moore for stopping to help.
