Well, well, well, the navy just can't run roughshod over citizens? What? Is this a democracy after all?

Turns out the legal disclosure was not used. So, no jet noise disclosure for many years. Lots of information at . Maybe lawsuits pending?

Michael Monson has proven himself a liar, in public. Now his group of whiners is shifting emphasis to the type of plane, not training at the OLF in Coupeville, as being the source of all their problems.

They bought houses in a high noise zone. They signed off legally, as adults, that they knew it. Now, years later, they want all of us to pay them big money. Tax dollars to them. Because they bought houses next to an active military airfield and are now crying about the noise.

Mr. Monson has taken money from his neighbors to "stop the Navy." I wonder when he'll start his expensive sailing vacation like the last leader of this group did. These meetings of his are time-share presentations filled with fear inducing nonsense. The sales pitch is to give him money for his promise to destroy 80% of the local economy.

These unhappy folks should realize that the incoming Navy personnel will buy these houses and become good citizens and delighted fishermen.

Please sell and move. Stop crying, it'll work out, have a Happy New Year.
