You should have known after he got elected that he was not going to charge that kid with death penalty. Now who do you wish you voted for. And how does he have the odassity to say he is in for conviction and justice, He didnt even charge 2 people in two murders that happened in watseka. The system is crooked. Its who you are an who you know.

There are RULES you must abide by with the LAW. There are certain CIRCUMSTANCES that MUST be met in Illinois to go for the death penalty. It is not Jim Devine's fault that those circumstances were not met.

The state's attorney can't go around charging people...the evidence must be there...for the murders in Watseka...maybe the corruption is back further in the system.

Yes, there are there are circumstances that must be met however, over the past three years there have been two instances that I am aware of in which men were protecting they’re properties and families and unfortunately had to use deadly force to do this and Devine filed murder/homicide charges. Both of these individuals IMO were not guilty of murder or homicide but simply protecting they’re life, family’s life, and property but Devine elected to file charges. The financial burden on both of these families to hire attorneys to defend themselves was tremendous and unwarranted. I followed these cases and from the start and there was no evidence of wrong doing from the get go and I would think that Devine would have to have known this. I did not vote for Devine and was disappointed to see him get re-elected. Just my opinion!

Daily Horoscope for December 3

Scorpio

This is not the easiest day for concentrating on what needs to be done, whether tackling those Christmas cards and letters, writing out a list of jobs, or getting on with other urgent work. Mental activity seems to be blocked, as Mars is slowing and Mercury is under cosmic pressure. Take some time out for meditation, or reflection, and let your subconscious do the work.
