Iron Co. Rape Charge

An Iron County man is facing rape and sodomy charges. 23-year-old Thomas James Woody of Middlebrook has been charged with two counts of forcible rape and two counts of forcible sodomy.

Its not rape if a girl is all over you and doing it to you. they are just as much in trouble as you at least should be.

It is unfortunate that you are presumed "guilty" by an accusation and it would be expected that the same judgment that you have displayed would be meted out for you.
