mr sampey was finnaly brought to justice. He also made death threats but the prosecutor never brougth that up. Mr Sampey is also in possession of two hand guns which are illegal for him to own.I talked with David Morse the prosecutor and he told me it was not against the law to threaten to kill someone. That should be changed,words do mean something. Do we have to wait for someone to get killed or should we take action first?

18 months of probation is hardly justice. It's a slap on the wrist. The LC prosecutor couldn't find his own sphincter even if he had a map. It IS illegal to make death threats on someone.

If Sampey is a convicted felon, he is also guilty of illegal possession of a firearm.

Good old boy comes to mind in this case...

He should do at least a year in prison, maybe more depending on the other cases' outcome.

They may not have prosecuted the death threats because it may have been hearsay, but if there was better evidence, it should have been prosecuted.
