Judge puts Flint mayor, council back in charge
An Ingham County judge has restored authority to Flint's mayor and city council while ruling a state review team violated Michigan's Open Meetings Act during the process that led to a state-appointed emergency manager.

The entire EFM law is unconstitutional and should result in the immediate arrests of Snyder and his vulture capitalists in the state senate and house. A hanging with quartering is advised to show how serious their destruction of democracy is. Abuse of Power.
