Don't County Pleas Courts Crosscheck?

If Indiana County DA or Common Pleas Court judge would cross check they would find the guy they just sentenced to two years probation pled guilty last month in Armstrong County to a higher level of the same charges. Not to mention there are some civil court findings where he hasn't paid the plaintiffs. How about doing some cross-checking of criminal histories? Oh, and is the game commission going to come and get his guns now that he has pled guilty to a felony?
