There is no need for any additional eduaction on HIV and Aids related topics. What they need are free and safe places to be tasted without all the hassle of questions that made no difference.

One option for those that still feel that there is a bad stigma related to HIV testing is the use of the anonymous home HIV test that can be purchased anonymously from online home health screening companies.
