This is sad news, but America seems to have this feeling that they are entitled to a big house, expensive cars, expensive clothing and vacations. Now the rest of us have to bail them out. Don't worry, they will be deep in debt again in a few months with new high interest credit cards. After all, they are entitled to have a big house, expensive cars..........

Believe me, I hate Bush more than the average Joe, but don't blame him because your family left you. The mirror might be a good place to start looking. Hopefully you will be able to look back at this in a few years a stronger smarter person.

Barack Obama has continued to support Kenya's Raila Odinga, even after Odinga has been blamed for inciting tribal violence and slaughtering Christians, according to an explosive new book written by WND senior staff reporter Jerome R. Corsi.

And is it a mystery why whites are leaving Broward. It could be the economy here.Oops, the Sun doesn't accept comments on that story. But the shooting death of an old white guy, by another old white guy, in a road rage inceident, at a post office the other day could be because of the costs of living here. oops again. No comments allowed there either.

There is no more room in Florida for the middle class. They are being driven out by government misfeasance, negligence and inattention. What will be left is the ultra rich and the poor. Good luck to the taxpayer who is left. He will be stuck with poor services, massive infrastructure to be paid for, and an overbloated government, from the state to the local level. Wonderful leadership our elected representatives have shown.

Well said. Florida was better off as a retirement community and tourist destination - the economy here was never meant to support a middle class.

We're caught in a negative feedback loop where local businesses do not pay a competitive wage, talent leaves, so business doesn't want to come here because the workforce isn't in place. If any politician has any bright ideas on how to fix this, they've got my vote.

You're vastly mistaken. What makes you think your vision of reality IS reality? I'll tell you what drove me to Chapter 13. INTEREST CHARGES, LATE CHARGES, OVERLIMIT CHARGES, BANK FEES, etc. Once you fall a little behind, FORGET it! Credit card companies, etc. will sell your debt to a collection agency who will garnishee ones paycheck and take ALL your money with BOGUS fees & interest payments. Oh, I don't drive an expensive car, don't have an expensive car, as well.
