Suspected Arcata fuel bandit arrested

A Eureka man was arrested Friday for allegedly stealing 20 gallons of gas from U-Haul trucks.

Kick and threaten #2 to within an inch of his life then send him to the pink house.

I have read Tyson's name before associated with crimes in Arcata, and it wasn't too long ago. If he is a repeat offender of any law then he has one more strike -or was this the third? Lock him up duh and throw away the key. Or Handcuff him to the cash register of a quickee mart for 12 hours a day and make him work there for 15 years.
