Howard County Puts 25 Acre Parcel On Market
Howard County has put 25 county-owned acres in Ellicott City on the market. The wooded parcel, at the southwest intersection of Route 40 and Rogers Avenue, could be developed for office, medical, retail, residential, community center or school use.

Great! Just what we need with all the vacant office buildings and stores in HOCO: more virgin land "developed". When this deal goes through, check to see where the buyer sends their campaign contributions.
