Granbury PD Releases Details On Double Murder Case

The bodies of 32-year-old Robyn Richter and 35-year-old Shawna Ferris were found in an SUV Saturday morning.

It is so sad that something could happen like this in Granbury where everyone is so close and looks out for their neighbors. My thoughts and prayers go out to the families and the children who will never be the same. Lets just pray that whomever did this is caught quickly and justice is seerved. My daughter and Robyns daughter are half sisters. I was totally shocked to hear about this whole situation. But what bothers me the most is stupied people that have came to there own conclusion of what happened. Just a reminder these women have children that watch tv read the newspaper and search the internet. Robyn was something that every single mom strives to be. She single handedly rasied those kids. So think before u speak. And GET YOUR FACTS RIGHT!!!!!

To hear of such crimes simply goes to show us that satan is at every turn, and we all are at risk at any given moment for the possibility for bad things to happen. It's very unfortunate,for anyone that may have known these women...but more so for their small children and loved ones left behind to try and cope with the devestation and the often times , long lingering of it's aftermath. i myself do not know either of these ladys, and live more than 2 hrs. away, but it's an event that has been on my mind alot, wondering if anyone will begin to feel guilty and call in with some imformation...because someone someplace knows something. how ,for gods sake, could anyone possibly live with themselves carrying something like that around inside themselves ? well if its of any relief to the family and freinds of the victems,i can assure them that the ones responsible will be caught and will pay for their crimes. common sense should have kept these killers from making such a foolish mistake, after all, doesnt everyone know there is no such thing as the perfect crime anymore ? there is to much technology today, their worthless selves will be caught...its simply a small matter of time. people every where are thinking and praying for those left behind.

me and shawna were good friends back in the 90's. things went bad between us though. Now i wish that that fight never happened. I always thought of trying to get in contact with her now ill never get the chance. All i have to say to anyone reading this is if their is anyone in your life family or friend that you are not getting along with PLEASE end whatever fight you are going through cause you never no if you will have another day with that person.r.i.p shawna and ill see ya on the other side.

I pray that the person or people that did this terrible crime be caught by the law very soon. I also feel very bad for the families and especially the ladie's children.
I agree with the person that stated people need to be very careful of what they write and say. The families have been through enough.

wow. i feel sorry for her son and doughter. i went to shcool with her son coltyn. hes a sweet kid and he was so hurt. i called him right when his best friend (who was there when he found out) and asked how he was doing. of course he wasnt ok. i was talking to his best friand and i could hear him crying and yelling in the backgroung.:( coltyn and kaylee, im so sorry.
