Sadly, all of the drug dealers and persons (including a pastor????) transporting illegals listed above will all get way more time in prison than someone who attempts to kill someone, someone who does kill, and someone that molests or rapes children!

• Michael Martin is charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm, a 12-gauge shotgun with an obliterated serial number on May 5 in Eddy County, after having been convicted on two counts of forgery in Luna County and receiving a stolen firearm.
• Kevin Maurice Brooks and Stephanie Ann Landon are charged with attempted carjacking and using a firearm during the commission of a violent crime; Brooks is additionally charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm, on Sept. 27, 2009 in Grant County.
There should be more of these arrests in Dona Ana County. I heard that the persident of a local gun club bragg how he was a convicted felon from Arizona, but can legally own guns in New Mexico.....hmmmmm

"Jeffrey Cruikshank, a.k.a. Anthony Swett, is charged with failing to register as a sex offender between Feb. 17 and March 1 in Do a Ana County, after having been convicted of a sex offense in Wisconsin."

Can we deport Sweat back to Wisconsin?

Most of the people listed or wet backs. Arizona has the right idea keeping them out. Too bad we all don't fallow.

9 people arrested for drugs. Now multiply that by about 15,000 and that's what we deal with here in Las Cruces. Every other person in this town is using drugs. 70% of all arrests here and in El Paso are drug possession.
