I am writing in regards to the PVFD it is a sad day when as adults we let other adults bully there way into a department. I want to say "THANK YOU" to Robert and Alesha for all the hard work and dedication that you gave PVFD and you did not deserve to be treated and bullied around by the likes of the current fire chief and his so called bunch. Robert and Alesha unlike the current fire chief you can hold your head high and without shame, you 2 are the most HONEST and CARING people and have done more for the PVFD than has been done for it in the 20 years prior to you guys getting on board. All I can really say is that the current chief is a disgrace to the community and never has his hand in anything unless he can benefit from it. So with that being said I will no longer support anything the PVFD has there hand in!

I remember last year during elections there was a big stink. That was enough adult drama for a lifetime. The power struggle is destroying the community and the support the PVFD needs to function. And by the way $10 for a plate is a little much don't you think?

$10 a plate has been the same for a couple years now so that has nothing to do with the "new fire chief" When your in a wreck or stuck in a burning house and you call 911 and it just so happenes Greg comes and helps you and saves your life please inform me how that is benefiting him? I didnt realize that saving someones life was anything more than doing a good thing just because you WANT to not because you look cool on a fire department. FYI anyone that doesn't know the whole story is making themselves look ridiculous. So just remember who will be saving your life in Pinewood and who is actually trained to do it n one of them who is HIGHLY trained is the NEW FIRE CHIEF! God bless you.

I don't know why yall want to dis the new cheif he doesn't benefit from anything except the satisfaction of helping others. At the fish fry the other day he paid for people to eat that couldn't afford it out of his own pocket. You people need to get ur stuff straight before you start trying to be smart butts. He is a good man and you people writing bad stuff about him don't know him at all.

What exactly do you mean by "who is actually trained to do it n one of them who is highly trained is the new fire cres?" Was the preceeding fire chief not qualified with training?

It is not my intention to diminish his ability as a firefighter. It is the way he bullied himself into the position, and he and his family's behavior toward people they have known all their lives that I find disgraceful. I question his character and the tirade that I witnessed at the firehall on his first attempt to gain control only diminished his standing in the community. The voters put their trust in him as a constable and how did that turn out?

Did he get convicted a few years back for something that was a felony or was that someone else? Seems like cattle or something was involved.

He done his job as a constable. Last time I checked he didnt bully his way anywhere. He was nominated to be the fire cheif and obviously there were more votes in his favor then not. He never asked to be the chief, he was asked to be and decided to take the responsibility.

He did his time and made restitution for what he done. Nobody is perfect and neither are you or anyone else thats posting on here. Everyone makes mistakes and he admitted to his. God forgives for your sins and as long as hes in your life he will forgive the ones posting on here creating more drama then ever needed. You guys have talked about the adult drama that was going on and "saddened" has just made more nonsense. All of this is ridiculous and once this all really gets going with the fire department you will all realize that Greg was one of the best choices. He will make sure it gets done and the community is safer. So once that happens and you all realize your going to feel like a bunch of idiots that started this forum for no reason. God Bless You.

I beg to differ with you I was a voting member of the fiasco I referred to and it was shameful the way him and his family acted. Maybe you need to look the term bullying up but just in case you can't here is the legal term "Bullying is generally defined as an intentional act that causes harm to others, and may involve verbal harassment, verbal or non-verbal threats, stalking, or other methods of coercion such as manipulation. It is aggressive behavior that intends to hurt, threaten or frighten another person. An imbalance of power between the aggressor and the victim is often involved. Bullying occurs in a variety of contexts, such as schools, workplaces, political or military settings, and others".

I never claimed to be perfect but I sure as hell didn't have to do any time or make any restitutions to anyone. And I certainly do not need you of all people giving me a bible lesson. One other thing if I had to rely on Greg Morgan for my safety I think I will just take my chances the odds are better.

Never said you claimed to be perfect but the way your acting is absolutely pathetic. You started this forum and all youve done is started more drama. so talk about adult drama and your the starter of it. I'm so amazed that you have so much time in your life to actually start this forum. find better things to do, seriously. Maybe if you were around the fire hall for all the bullshit before hand you and your non sense of a brain would realize how stupid you look and the things you write. Robert Chilton QUIT the firehall so make sure your facts are straight before you start crap. Greg was NOMINATED and took the position. So if you would rather die then let Greg save you then thats just the result of your complete IGNORANCE! Bible lesson? I didnt give a bible lesson but maybe if you walked in gods path you would be a l of a better peron. GOD BLESS YOU!!!

Let me start off by saying I do not care if you are the fire chiefs daughter, mother or wife. Next I do not need you or anybody else telling me I need to walk in God's path we converse regularly. I am neither an idiot or ignorant you should probably look the terms up. I am a very well educated individual with an opinion and strong beliefs. The only person on here starting drama is yourself I was simply expressing my sincere gratitude to the Chilton's it did not require a response from you. And just so you I do have my facts correct, so with that being said I am taking the moral high ground.
