My court case has nothing to do the the youtube video or the students who simply said Bitch ass. My case focuses on the procedure to pick up my children for appointments. If it is not inbetween classes; you can not get your child/children. Way Illegal! Sorry but that is all I can say at this moment. Once I get the go; it will be broadcasted all over the world - channel 4, 5, 7, 9, etc. Facebook - twitter - youtube I guess you get the point. He is a little minded asshole that needs to be stuffed into a box that can never open.

Yanno I had to say something. Ive known Mr. Gilbert since my own high school days. Hes a great man who really loves his students. I have a son at this school now who made it clear that the 1st girl admitted this boy only tried to kiss her and she pushed him away. There was no formal complaint made about the incident it was only chatted about in the band room. The 2nd girl according to my son is famous for making theatrical accusations for the attention. Yanno I have a niece who lost her virginity at 14 and when her parents heard her whispering about it to someone else suddenly she was "raped" or wasnt given a choice in the matter. From what my son says (and mind you he actually disliked the boy accused) the girl had consential sex with this boy, it was all planned out before hand, and when she realized other people heard about it and was calling her a slut, suddenly her story changes and she too was assaulted. He also informed me that its not the 1st time rumors have spread that this girl gives it up anywhere she can at school or off school grounds. Band, sports, etc. afterschool practices are pretty unsupervised. The kids have alot of freedom. I dont know what happened but I do trust my sons judgement when he tells me about someone. I know too many girls like this. They like to cry assault or rape or even grown women who yell abuse when their husbands push them away after theyve been beating him. They do it for attention and because they can. Its sad that a good teacher had to suffer because some little tramp cried rape rather then be labeled a whore or slut.

You have some serious issues. I really like how you want to turn the blame on the victims. Your son like my son really likes Mr. Gilbert and took up for him. The kids love him because he is more of a friend than a teacher and is seriously lacking in the leadership and guidance department (he lets them get away with anything). I did my own investigating and in my opinion it is a travesty and a black eye on the Hickman County Education Department and Hickman County that Gilbert still has his job. There was more going on than just a forced kiss which in itself is enough. I just thank the Good Lord that one of those girls was not my daughter because you would be on my butt kicking list right after the other irresponsible adults left in charge of these kids. We have to start holding our elected leaders and public employees accountable for their action and inaction.

I was in this school system, it's dirty and corrupt, trust me I know more dirty secrets than anyone, I have come face to face with Jacobs more times than I can count, just wish I had the guts to deck him and give his no good sorry ass what he deserved!! I got a juvenile charge because I defended myself from being assaulted, the other got off free, I'm a female and he walked!

I am a female who graduated from Hickman. I have a sister in the school. I have heard similar things bout the girl ad I have tried to look at the situation subjectively. The big thing that sticks out to me is this: do you really think a father would sit back and just not say anything of te boy who is saying his daughter raped someone? Give me a break. Most men would want to ring his neck. I dont think that Gilbert would be any different. Girls and boys both can be very shady. It's easy to cry rape when you think you'll be in trouble. I'm not saying its the case with this girl, but lets not be naive. My friend's girlfriend in school did just that. She called rape after she got caught having sex. If he had really raped, I don't think she would have gotten back with him 15 years later and maried him. Point is, anything is possible. The only ones who really knows what happened were the two there.

Unfortunately it was two different girls and it happened during normal school hours. Our tax dollars should not be used to allow sexual contact whether consensual or not happening during school hours on school grounds. As a parent I think someone in authority needs to be held accountable and fired to send a message that this lack of supervision will not be tolerated. Period, no excuses. He screwed up, suck it up, straighten up and drive on.

Well in that case lots need fired. I know of many people while I was there that was able to get away with consensual sex. Unfortunately, it's not a perfect world we live in where these adults can be everywhere at any given time. And that's a big school with a lot of places that people don't always go in.

These are records that follow people and ruin their futures. I dont know if this girl is lying, I can only make assummptions. Thats all anyone can do. I do know that I dont want you around my son when he tries to sneak a kiss from his girlfriend. He would be labeled for life! What will you say if she cries rape again?
