Farmhand gored by bull in Herkimer County
Luis M. Martinez, 26, employed by Davis Farms, was trying to herd cattle into a barn in a field off 216 Grant Road at about 7 a.m. when he was attacked by a 3-year-old Holstein bull, state police said.

Davis should be served with at least 3 summons for having 3 big bulls running loose in the pasture. What if they had got loose and did this to the neighbors little kids. They would have no chance of getting away from it.It is against the law to have a bull over 6 months old loose outside.He has gotten away with it for too long!
