Unless we have been taken over by some other form of government, I think that a person in this country is to be considered innocent until proven guilty. You people have already tried, convicted, and hung a man based on the BS that is posted on this forum.

I'm very sorry for the loss a Ryan, and my prayers are with his family. But if a bartender was afraid of Ryan and needed Chaz to walk her out. I am guessing he's not the angel he's been made out to be on here. Does that alone warrent what happened? Ablsolutly NOT. But as I stated, most of you have NO CLUE what REALLY happened, why don't we wait for the details to come out in court before we hang a man who may very well have been defending himself for all we know?

For This is America: on this forum as well - I say again:

You're right innocent until proven guilty is true, however, it wasn't a fair fight, one person that we know of was "drunk" and the other person who had a knife was not (if in fact he was a bouncer that night, escorting the lady out to the car). He should know how to deal with drunk people and that is not by stabbing an unarmed person and killing them!! So right now he may be innocent according to law, but guilty according the fact that he did in fact stab and kill a guy!!!! Regardless of his reasoning.

"This is America"...could you please refer me to the posting that states that Ryan was an angel? I have apparently missed something?

Also...in case you don't know this...stabbing an unarmed person is murder. There is no disputing that he stabbed him, and Ryan did not possess a deadly weapon. Therefore, he is a murderer.

I was there, I was a witness to it and I filled out a statement. So let me tell you FIRST HAND what happen. "Chaz" was drunk, he screamed at Ryan inside the club and pushed him through the door yellin "get the f out" the whole time. Ryan along with the people with him told him to "back off we are leaving." Chaz wouldnt stop. He followed Ryan out into the parking lot where he insued a fight with him. Then Chaz chased someone around with a knife at which point the security told him to "put up the knife" he did and then it quickly came back out. Ryan jumped between Chaz and the guy he was attemtping to stab and in the process Ryan got stabbed.
Thats what happened. Chaz was not "walking a bartender to her car." I sat at the bar ALL NIGHT and the same people that were there were still in there when we got up to walk outside following Chaz pushing Ryan out of the bar.

When did "innocent until proven guilty" become "liberal bs"? Wow! Thanks for the update, because I was under the impression that the 6th Amendment was a valid and fundamental part of our judicial sytem.
"In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence. "This is America"...I am pleased to inform you that you have succeeded in portraying yourself as an uneducated, prick. It is clear that you feel the need to get some attention and post a blog about something to which you have no clue about. Defend yourself and your ideas all you want, but I would like you to know that you are inevitably wrong. The facts were revealed on Sunday at 3 am. When a mother and father lost their son, the facts were revealed. Yes, when you take someone's like in cold-blood it makes you a murderer. Nonetheless, you seem awfully confused. I advise you to rethink your words and possibly your headline because yes...this IS America. In America, we are constantly exposed to cold-blooded killlers without any knowledge that they would actually commit such a crime. Here in America, we defend the innocent and punish the guilty. I would like to know when it became okay to think any differently. Too bad that the facts are out now. Here in AMERICA, a young man out having fun with his friends whom is stabbed during an unfortunate series of events with a "EX-security guard" is entitled to justice and peace for his loved ones. I suggest you turn off your computer and go grab some history books, because, here in America-here in Henry County, you don't take the life of our loved ones and expect to walk amongst us again.

Wow thanks for the civics lession. I have no problem with the constitutuion. I do however have a problem with people hiding behind it when they are guilty. Not saying he is, just generally speaking. Lest we forget a young life was taken. Murders should forefit their rights when they choose to take a like.

May God be with the Gillam family.

The bartender was not afraid of Ryan, he was there with his girlfriend and best friend. I know the story because I know Ryan. Chaz is a murderer dumbazz, thats why he's been charged and is being held without bond. He stabbed him four times. I would call that MURDER in COLD BLOOD!

When you take a job as a bouncer there is always a possibility you will not win every fight...Even if someone is getting the best of you it only takes the other bouncers a matter of seconds to come to your aid...You take the ass whipping until help arrives...You Don't Stab An Unarmed Person...

Chaz changed the terrible message on his MySpace page. It just says that he is in the extended network.

It did say...Ahh its Friday, time to go pillage some small towns. And it had a devil on it and his mood was devious.

I guess someone he knows realized that the message on his MySpace would not help his case.
