Here is a way you can stand up without firing a shot!

For example, when you are randomly pulled over by cops at a checkpoint which is forbidden by the 4th Amendment (“unreasonable searches without probable cause” and checkpoints pulling people over randomly don’t have “probable cause” by definition. The definition of “probable cause” is “having more evidence for than against”.), you can can sue the government and their officers for perpetrating such violation of your Constitutional rights in court. Take them to the cleaners, people. After enough people sue the governments and their officers for millions of dollars over these violations, the governments and their officers will be forced to shut down the checkpoints or go bankrupt.

But you claim that you can’t sue them? Wrong! One avenue for suit by U.S. citizens is through the Constitutional tort by way of 42 U.S.C.A. Section 1983. See the phrase “Color of Law”. You should look at your state laws for a better avenue.

Definition: Every person who under color of any statute, ordinance, regulation, custom, or usage, or any state, or territory, subjects, or causes to be subjected, any citizen of the United States or any other person within the jurisdiction thereof to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunites secured by the Constitution and laws, shall be liable to the party injured in an action at law, suit in equity, or other proper proceeding for redress. Title 42 U.S.C.A. Section 1983.

P.S. This doesn’t even count other possible state remedies. If you are really interested in a peaceful transition back under the control of the Constitution for the United States of America, I would think this would be a good step. If you are more interested in starting a gun fight without exercising all other options first, I would begin to wonder what your true motives are!
