Frankston man convicted of fifth DWI

A Frankston man has been convicted of his 5th DWI. Gary Wayne Mauldin, II, 34, was convicted in a Henderson County courtroom of a jury after a two day trial and less than two hours of deliberation.

I am his ex-wife and i hope they throw the book at him! He deserves it! He still drinks to this day and is a horrible father to his two children that have suffered through all of this!!
