In Hawaii, everyone that wants a job has a job. The ones not working aren't going to be working a month from now, a year from now, or five years from now. I know kids that arrive here and within two weeks have three good jobs. Who do the lazy people think they are kidding?
The fact is the local no-loads have made themselves unhireable and undesireable. Warrants, criminal history, lost their license, can't pass a drug test, etc. Their best hope is to find a woman dumb enough to share her EBT and section 8 meant for her illegitimate kids, and they don't mind it a bit.
