This is just one of many run-ins Tucker has had with Pahoa Police. He's an obnoxious, whiney PITA nutcase who finally got a beat down.

I was there & observed tucker actively wedging himself between police and the people being interviewed in an attempt to video or take pictures. He was told numerous times to step back & warned that he was interfering with their investigation. Tucker looked like he was drunk and because of this did not listen and continued shoving his camera or phone in peoples faces almost getting into a fight himself. When he was told he was under arrest he resisted and tried to pull away from the officer who took him down. On the ground he still resisted keeping his arms tucked under his body despite being told numerous times to place his arms behind his back. I think his video will show the police were justified in arresting him.
