Facts, just the facts. Marijuana was made illegal mostly due to a zealot who was put in charge of a government committee to control drugs. I think he referred to it as "the demon weed". It is less harmful than nearly any intoxicant, including alcohol, tobacco, and caffeine. There are way to many people crowding our prisons, costing you billions of tax dollars a year. The smart thing to do, which at least 13 states have done, is to tax it and put similar restrictions on it as alcohol. Like it or not, it's coming to that any way. And, by the way just where did you find God at? Was it in the koran, the old testament, the new testament, the hebrew bible,or did you get lost in the desert for months? All the books were written by men,'note', men who were supposed to be inspired. Not a W-O-R-D was written by any G-O-D, not one single word. The King James version of the bible is one of the most adulterated scripts to ever be published and many a learned theology professors will agree with that. Don't take your parents word for the truth, learn by investigating what to believe in all things.

Believe in GOD above all else.
no matter what script u choose to study
scripts written by our fore fathers to leave the legacy of how GOD touched their lives
no 1 ever said GOD himself wrote the scripture
even if u do not study scripture
u must feel the power & guidance of GOD in your life
2 believe that angels walk among us - ordinary people who do amazing things
that is proof of a loving forgiving GOD
every person is given opportunitis 2 help others, 2 change lives
b an angel not a hater
weed comes from a plant
mother natures healing herb
we have 2 many laws
the gov. needs 2 concentrate any funds alloted 2 the police force 2 b used 4 crimes -
it should not b a crime 2 use herbs
the us needs 2 start working on our debts & stop policing our people & the rest of the world - there r crazy laws on our books - collectively we need 2 decide what is important & what isn't -

I'm glad I received your intelligent response. We will never control the use and I do agree, the abuse of the many substances that people find to escape whatever it is the don't want to deal with. Albeit, some of our greatest contributors to science, the arts, medicine, so on and so forth, have been users and abusers of many substances. It is people who have to change. We must extend our hands, yes, even if it is sometimes bitten,to those in need. Regardless of faith, color, or any other excuse we may come up with to prejudice ourselves against them. It is People,People,People, who will only cure the worlds' problems. Then maybe most of abuses of any kind will become uses for occasional enjoyment which almost all professionals agree is not exceedingly harmful to anyone.

You can call me anything you want but searching and flying for Marijuana is a waste of State and County Funding which should be used for finding these Tweeker Meth Heads. No I don't agree with the legalization of any other drug, just marijuana. This is a plant that was created by God himself. This plant does not require any processing or any added ingredients from Humans. Just pick it and smoke it. I believe that anything that needs to be processed or added ingredients Should be ILLEGAL and this includes lots of bad prescription drugs along with alcohol.

Marijuana has lots of myths that go along with it. You want to know the political truths about watch a movie called " The Union " now this movie is very educational on the Myths and Truths about Marijuana.

It seems that marijuana is a HUGE or could be a huge harvest for Hart County and if left alone could bring tons of money to Hart County. Which would better our county in a good economy way.

Hart County officials should look at a County in California called Humboldt County. Hart County would benefit greatly if we did what Humboldt County California.

Everyone needs to think about this long and hard and even put it to a vote on a ballot.

I have long been a proponent for decriminalizing marijuana but not because it is natural, There are many dangerous even deadly natural substances, otherwise I agree. There is a simple old saying that goes" Anything in moderation, nothing in excess " live by this, within reason, and you'll probably be OK.

another fact thc in marijuana exposed directly to cancer cells kills and ileminates all ells it comes in contact with. so instead of legalizing the us government would rather thousands die of cancer every year at the tax payers expense. i say put them in our shoes and let them have to worry about shit like we do, scrimp and saving everyday a constant struggle just to survive and feed our children.

Yep. You know they were going to harvest that pot, sell it to potheads, and then they were going to go for a drive and kill people. Potheads are the biggest danger to the human civilization right now. We need to stomp them out with a vengeance.

People who smoke pot have lives and most of the ones I know that smoke pot also are Christian. Uncle sam has filled your mind with too much propaganda. In Hart County I love how a lot of you people never question authority. Oh if the government says it's against the law then it's a sin. It's bullshit..think for yourself. There's nothing wrong with someone smoking pot responsibly. California is looking to legalize it to help boost their budget. In LA you can't go two blocks without passing a medical marijuana shop. I don't care where you are at in the town.

All drugs should be legal. It's a personal choice if someone uses drugs. I don't want to use heroin but I won't tell someone else they can't legally do it. Their body, their choice. It's not my choice to make. In a free country we should all be free to "abuse" our own bodies however we see fit. If they die..they just die. An adult should be able to make a sound decision. If someone wants to do meth and ovderdose then good riddance. Like society needs someone like that anyway. It's a good way to embrace natural selection. Why protect dumbasses? Let them kill themselves.

law enforcement has contributed to the meth problem by eradicating outdoor growing and forcing people indoors to cook poison.
