Boy who was shot and killed identified

A boy who was shot and killed at a friend's house on Farm-to-Market Road 449 has been identified as 12-year-old William Lincoln of Cypress Drive, Hallsville.

whats wrong with the law today, puting a poor 12 year old boy in jail and shackels for something that was an accident but they will let a killer walk around like nothing happen.
Ithink the news should shut up because they dont know the whole story, 100 guns my ass, the news dont always tell the whole truth.

I knew this boy, he was a great boy and didnt deserve to dye. This isnt quite just an accident, it was caused by the short tempurment of a 12 year old and the neglegence of the parents of the boy that shot Will. The parents are serving time in prison and the boy is doing his own time in a Juvenile Detention Center here in Texas. Regardless of who served what time, it will not bring back the sweet boy that we all lost. And its not like the child didnt know the repercutions of his actions, he was well old enough to know what he was doing and what the out come would be. And the news did tell the truth about the 100 guns. They were in places children can reach and many of them were loaded. The 12 year old boy, grabbed a SHOT GUN and put it to the face of Will Lincoln and pulled the trigger. He knew what he was doing.
