Certainly sounds reasonable to me that there'd be more investigation at the jail. I still can't see how the abuse went unnoticed by the top brass there.

How was you father blinded? Was he involved in an altercation with another inmate? How was his civil rights violated?

Explain yourself logicaly so we will have more information. Just throwing out tidbits of information does not paint a picture of your story.

The gaurds taunt the inmates into saying something in there defense or even to the point of intimidation were the inmate feels threatened so they, the inmate, try to defend thierselves and the next thing you know its a damn free for all with 4 to 8 gaurds taking out there frustrations on a person because there I.Q wasnt high enough to cash in on that greeter job at walmart. Most of those gaurds cant get a real job so they settle for prison gaurd duty. Most of the prison gaurds there cant even spell, prison gaurd!!!!!

Hey stil, your a moron. Child play your nintendo or something else and let the grown ups do the talking here. Jail is a hostile environment. Believe me when i tell you that every once in a blue moon hard as it is to believe, a violent person has to be restrained in jail. there are in jail because they are criminals. guards are charged witht the duty of taking control of violent persons every day. after a confrontation now the criminals are getting to say that the officer was a meany or was to rough. heres a hint, dont go to jail! and if you do, dont go in there ready to fight.

Sure man, everything is fine down at the Harrison county jail.I see by your handle there Hoss you're an officer of some sort.A pubic servant of some sort Im guessing, perhaps even a government official. And all the fine citizens of Harrison County knows the local government represenatives never lie to the public. From what Ive read in the paper there's just as many officials in jail or waiting for a sentence as there are civilians. So,comb your hair my friend and smile while your doing the PERP WALK!!!!!!!!!!

what am finding interesting is that there are still so many guards in HCC that were knowing and involved with the abuse and deaths that have occured in that hell hole, and that sherriff payne never got charged with NOTHING, wow they saying goes the dirty south and this correctional center is the true example of that!I had read that "Ryan Teels attorney was rasing a stink cause the ex-guard that brutally and heartlessly, and intentionally beat & murdered jessie williams R.I P had gotten beaten up in the prison he is in,and the lawyer was upset that they wouldnt do anything to help "Ryan Teel" well how good is karma... and I hope that he REALLY gets to see and feel and live his life sentence, just as he treated & heartlessly did to so many others that he once was supposed to "protect & serve"!! also his father is the ex corrupt judge is in georgia correctional center,so we see the apple didnt fall far from that tree!!
