Hmmmm, you really are a simple little insignificant twit of a person...aren’t you.
Apparently you have already given into your urges.
Next time you're feeling all strong and want to impose your manhood on that little ten year old boy again, remember what I said about God giving you a pass…..It’s not too late!!
And if you take your special needs friend Elliot with you, you will get a bonus!

OK my simple friend, I'll type slow so that you can keep up with the class.
If you have any questions just raise your hand and put it over your mouth so you don't look so STUPID!!
I do live in Hancock Co. or did my ISP address throw you?
I am fully aware of the previous incident that occured at the jail and much to Sheriff Garber's credit It was dealt with swifty and justly.
What a tard....your parents know you're playing on their puter??
Yeah swiftly and justly. Don't even get anyone started on Steve Garber. He is the all time most corrupt Sheriff ever to take the helm. But his day is sure to come where he will have to answer for his actions as well. Just like his friends who recently were busted for illegal hunting and that is just the tip of the iceburg.

Oh and just in case you were wondering, I was born, raised, and formerly worked in Hancock County until I opened my own eyes to what is going on in "Hancock Parish". Yeah, every place has its problems, but let me say this....There are more officer's and deputies working in Harrison County that started off somewhere in Hancock County. Hmmm, wonder why they left?

No one was "run off" because if that were the case they would not get hired anywhere else. But the great Sheriff Steve Garber won't let deputies conduct interdiction traffic stops on the interstate because it might interrupt his father in law's "business".

What we have running the jail is a professor working for an illiterate. We elected a sheriff who has absolutely no qualifications. No education. No experience. No morals. You'll see, the deputies and the guards know already. Under this administration if there is a "Teel" it will be swept under the rug and you'll never know about it. This is the culture being built there now!!! We have never had a sheriff as incompetent as this one. The citizens will be praying for a George Payne before this is over.

"Amazed"]Check it out.. and listen good... the real crooks are the guards who are not doing their job. Ive heard of alot of turned heads when it comes to vandalism and illegal stuff done by the inmates right in front of the guards faces and nothing done. They need to clear house of that place and start over. I am sure there is alot of great employees there but you need to start over..NOW! The guards that have accepted those jobs at those wages should do their job and DUTY!!! Duty? Your moral responsibility to a job or task! If you dont like it there then ship out so the new sheriff can get his hands around the root of the problem and make the needed changes...NOW!
There hiring if you can do so much better. if youve never worked in that environment dont comment on it. getting rid of jailers is not the problem. its leadership. someone must become responsible somewhere eventually, who has taken responsibility? everyone aparently has known about this problem and everyone has their opinion on whos to blame. so far all youve seen is fingerpointing, prove me wrong on this. bottom line is its everyones fault, leaders and citizens should be taking action on this problem and i mean legal. we are in danger living next to a jail that houses murderers and rapists that has no locks!!!! its only a matter of time.

there are still guards in there that had some affiliation to the corruption and they were lucky to have slipped threw the cracks in the main investigation, and I think that payne should have been charged along with his corrupt absuive, brutally sadistic crew that really put the big black eye on HCCC, the dirty south as they say still lurks there!

First of all if you paid any attention to any of my posts, you would know I am a "road" deputy...ya know a patrolman...but I can tell you this, I never worked in a jail before but spent a month solid in the jail after the escape and never witnessed anything even close to being a "questionable use of force". The jail is like day care for adults. All the prisoners do is eat, sleep, watch tv and complain about being in jail. The only violence I witnessed was two guys fighting over who called who a punk or a snitch.
