To 'Bobby's Wife"
If you love your husband and care about the families involved, then you should drop the unnessessary drama you are trying to start. Let go of the drama and live. I, parent of one who lost their life that night, have struggled to the point where I can once again live with joy and release anger and hate. We also care about your concern and hope that you too will release this hatred from your heart and live happy and free. We also, sincerely, care about Bobby's well being. It is best for Bobby that you stay out of this thread and help him stay mentally well as he tries to go on with life. What few realize or care about is that Bobby will have a lot of pain for the rest of his life over this. By you getting on this thread, you will create a runaway slaughter of his character and greatly reduce his chance of a successful and happy life. Continue on with this attempt to stand up for Bobby and you can bet that you will wish you had not. I guarantee you that 'topix slaughtering' will begin as soon as certain people find this latest response. They will slaughter you, Bobby, and the entire family. This is a thread which has not been stirred up since almost one year ago. Chose to walk away. Please!

I know Blake and Bobby. Both were and are poor white trash. I know Blake better and he is a real low life and semi-retarded. I tried to help the kid out and show him how to better himself, but he has racked up pages of criminal complaints since. Somehow he has avoided getting real time for any of his moronic criminal actions. The sad part is he drug down a very pretty girl, Taylor, with him.
From what Blake told me he encouraged Bobby to steal the cars with him on this night as they had both done previously several times. They both liked to do several kinds of drugs from pot to xtc to prescription pills. Both should have been charged with 2 counts of grand theft auto that night. Bobby should have gotten 4 counts of intoxicated vehicular manslaughter and reckless endangerment. Blake should have also been charged as an accessory to those charges. Both should have received decades of prison time.
I don't care about the train being there. That is due to the fact that if the intoxicated Bobby was driving at the posted speed limit the likelihood of death to the occupants would have been severely reduced. Instead he was going in excess of 70 MPH which greatly increased the likelihood of fatality.
As for blaming the occupants, that is just silly. Yes, they made a bad choice going with these two morons on an auto-theft spree and riding with these two complete idiots. However, they were not driving the vehicle and did not steal the vehicle. Their small bad choice of following 2 stupid troublemakers did not warrant a death sentence for them.
The fact is, intentionally or not, Bobby gave those kids a death sentence. He got 8 years that he barely spent any of in prison. I have seen cases of people going to prison for life for possessing drugs, but these complete reckless idiot practically got away with 4 deaths.
To add insult to injury the 2 morons that bear the most responsibility for this tragedy not only got away almost scott free, but they even got paid by the railraod company for it to the tune of almost $40K each. Helped pay for Blake's motorcycle that he used to transport guns and drugs.
This whole thing is just sad. The only thing that makes it more sad is the low life poor white trash come here and cannot even comprehend why the idiot Bobby was charged, tried, and convicted for what he did. Hell, normally people get 5 - 10 years in the clink just for stealing a single car, but this guy gets 8 years TYC of which he probably did less than a third of for stealing 2 cars, driving while intoxicated, killing 4 children and injuring another.
Glad I am no longer in Texas where they pen you up for decades for possessing drugs, but let people who kill others walk the street after a couple of months or years. This is not an uncommon thing for Texas. When I was a teen; another teen, Robbie Bayley, was murdered with an axe in my neighborhood by another teen, Stan Nicholas, over a bag of marijuana. What did Stan get for premeditated murder? 10 months in Harris County Jail. The same day he was sentenced an older african american man caught with less than a gram of cocaine for his third time (no other convictions) received 64 years in TDC. Texas injustice.. Nothing like it.
Well. there is my 2 cents on all this mess. Goodbye Texas and all the idiocy contained therein.

It was thought that Bobby would have turned his life around after his reckless act that killed his brother and three other kids. Many thought that he was just a young teenaged idiot that makes foolish decisions like so many teens do. Although stealing a car and orchestrating the events of the night is not that of any normal teen. However, we have hoped, that out of respect for the families and friends of the deceased, that his personal desire would be to live differently. By differently I mean that he would begin living a life that would benefit and be favorable to society. We had hoped that he would get a good education, and job. We had wished for him to prosper and find joy in life. We had wished for him to become happily married some day and to experience the love of his own children. He was not to be considered a killer if he were to live a responsible life that showed our community that he really cared about how he had hurt others. BUT!
He is in prison now finishing out his term there rather than finishing it out in society and trying to do the right thing. He violated his conditions of probation or parole or whatever it was. So, our idea of Bobby has changed. He is now A KILLER! A sorry no good killer of his Brother, Macy, Loral, and Colette. Those children were KILLED by Bobby Davis! He killed them, and most have felt this from the beginning back in June '07. How foolish we were to hope that that white trash could change. How embarrassed I am to have given the benefit of doubt. He will get out someday and.......go back n. Guaranteed.
That is interesting

I don't know Bobby ? But God Forgives . I would like to not think Bobby would kill his own on purpose?

Bobby does to to move from Texas if he is a person of color or a poor white male as Tx police kill these class level of people all the time in Texas. I would
have advised Robert Redus to flee Texas to but it's
to late now for him. Well Good Luck and God Speed.

Bobby should be punished for his bad choices of stealing cars etc.He was not thinking straight when he was speeding etc with other people in the car.Even tho they were in there willing he is still at fault.I do think he should have to go to jail for ay least ten years or more.He could have also hit some one else with a family. The railroad was not at fault.

Was giving ten years probation in a deadly accident resulting in deaths. His Defense ( Affluence ) where teens from wealthy families
are not given guide lines and thus get into trouble and it's not the
teens fault but the enviroment the teen was raised in.
no time for that

I love this. Looks like they have now made themselves look even more of a fool by carrying themselves as self centered people who look disgustingly selfish. Its sad what money does to people and I feel sorry for that poor boy his daughter created who is going to not understand anything but material things and posting a million selfies to social media. Doug is no better and portrays some fake ass mofo that he himself is a keyboard warrior. If he ever threatened my kids the way he has done in the past he would catch himself a good a** whooping I can tell you that.
