My staff and I have eaten quite a few times at Ms. Lizzie's. Even though she pushed me off the stage many, many years ago when we were kids, singing in a church social, when I was about 12 (and I have been in the law practice now for over 30 years), she is still a friend, and a good cook. With the asistance of her Mexican Cook, Ms. Lizzie also does a complete line of self-prepared totally authentic Mexican cuisine which is excellent. If you like it mild, medium, or hot, or for those of you who like it beyond "hot" just ask Mina to prepare Jack's Salsa, named after me. Many try, but few can eat it, as it is sooooooooo Hot!
When you visit her, get some of her homemade corn cakes as a side for your meal. They are like an appetizer served with honey butter. These are the best I have eaten, and my law practice has taken me the world over to Paris, London, Toronto, The Bahamas, and elsewhere.

I am from out of town, but have eaten at Ms. Lizzies. Like most things in E-town, it is warm service, friendly setting and great food! Keep it up! I recently bought property there and visit often with friends and family. I love the small town atmosphere and hope that the town continues to grow and thrive!
