Someone said something to me today that made alot of sense.
An inheritance is alot easier to divide between two partys if one party is in the penitentiary.
Even if the person is innocent he will always be looked at as possibly being guilty as you have proven.
Why not just pray for both partys and be thankful that this isnt destroying your family?

Two sides, you are ignorant. The fact that someone is charged with a crime doesn't mean they don't get their inheritance. Even if they go to prison, it doesn't mean they don't get their inheritance. They get it either way. So it is still divided by however many people are named in the will.

You are one sick, sick person.

Is it now Guilty until proven Innocent??? Problem is with charges like this folks will remember and wonder for the rest of the person's life. His life is over and he will no longer have respect from so called "friends and neighbors" he has never caused to doubt him.
You do not have to remind me to never go through Quanah, Tx. They will string you up and then decide if it was just.
In Dallas, the young ladies who want money to buy cars, apartments, etc and mon and dad no longer want to foot the bill - are turning to accusing men of this and getting a tidy "payoff" to drop the charges. It is cheaper and saves the man's reputation, family, finances (big attorney's fees) job and life. This has become the "fad" money making project for several poor little rich girls.

Throgout time guilty until proven innocent has always ben set in place. The real fun starts when the innocent person is then found guilty by everyone, the jury, the judge, future employeers, neighbors.
How can these good chrstian people with strong moral values be sworn to oath and go against the word of god just to appease their own selfish reasons against someone?
