Commission OKs 13-inch speckled trout limit

I live at Rolling Fork, and fished from Indian Point, at Gautier, last fall, three times. We caught enough speckled trout 14+ to eat but barely. On Lake Washington, at Glen Alan the crappie limit is thirty, but only five of these can be under ten inches. This lake produces tons of fish annually, and some are whoppers. I am sure someone considered this. John Diffey
