This very long and absolutely ridiculous delay in a decision being handed down by Chanceruy court Judge Kennie Middleton leads one to believe there's something fishy happening. How is it possible that the lawyer representing this movement is "not available for comment"? I think we need an investigator to look into this mess and a real lawyer to replace this wanna be who is supposedly representing us. Not available for comment????? Not available to get paid either!!!

The whole process is a waste of time and its going to cost us all a lot of money. We need drop the whole incorporation process and move on. I have a master’s degree in urban planning and my professors would be turning over in their graves. It’s one of the first things taught in urban planning 101. “Property should never be annexed or incorporated when you have basic services in place” The Urban planner that was hired by the people that want to run Diamondhead made himself a little nitch going around telling little communities that you need to Incorporate to protect yourself. The reason the Judge is having a hard time is because he knows it will be challenged and that it is unnecessary. A storm will be brewing if he OKs the incorporation. I believe a civil rights case will develop if the judge O.K.’s incorporation.
