I agree with allowing the locals to profit from the allocated funds for debris removal but should we not have a visible plan in place before we send the Corps packing? Designate assigned areas depending on the individual's capibilities, and set specific pricing guidelines to prevent over and under charging.

Let's start in Pearlington,Ms.when Hurricane Katrina hit,P-Town was destroyed so bad that the Cde of Engineer should have gotten on there Job and sent people to P-Town and tested the water, grounds because the waste that came up ou of septic tanks and that had been sitting in ditches for years, with water standing 25ft or more, everything at the bottom came up and was stuck on trees, houses and that's nasty,i live in Pearlington before Hurricane Katrina hit and after,it was a mess and Howdy Dowdy Bush,Haley Bubble Barbour didn't russ to P-Town's aide and yes Pearlington need about 10 billion dollars to rebuilded and get public water system and for can grow, with Back Bay Waveland opening up a Casino that going let people start looking for land to build homes and P-Town is sitting in the right spot alone with peace an quit, but it's going to take some year because P-Town was totally destroyed and know even cared Howdy Dowdy Bush nor Haley Bubble Barbour [email protected]
