We are about to lose over five thousand jobs in
Clinton county, I think the casino would help the
community. It isn't that we don't need more money
going to the communities after all who can tell me
what scool has received money from the Ohio Lottery or even knows where the money goes.
We are losing a lot of money to other states around us, people who like to gamble will no matter where so lets keep them in OHIO.

I've read it and there are NO loopholes, Thanks to George Vonovich a Indian casino can't get land in trust in Ohio, if there in another state. per his Memo to the Dept of Interior. 11 cases have already been turned down, the lastest in Monticello track, in NEW York Mohawks tribe Denyed.
This is about what's good for Ohio. we have $795 million budget short fall in the state,$250 million of it is medicaid shortfall. We need the 5000 jobs and the 30 % tax revenue to all 88 counties. Plus they have to pay State tax, local tax, SS, fica , work mans comp, property tax and sales tax. This will be the highest taxed business in Ohio.

The proposed casino taxes for ohio are significantly lower that those in other neighboring states. Those taxes should be higher for me to approve of this.

Daily Horoscope for January 8

Leo

Why are you still fighting, Leo? Everyone else went home a long time ago, but you're still here pounding your fists on the table. Although you don't want to admit it, accepting defeat may be your most practical option at this point. Sometimes it's just easier to move on than to keep up the fight. When you're forced to restructure, at least you have a chance to redefine. YouÕl get the opportunity to start with a clean slate, so use it to your advantage.
