I paid Elaine $65.00 for a leather rug which I never did get. Also, she has several painted items that she took on consignment valued at approximately $700.00. I could not get in touch with her as her voice mail was full, and she would not answer the telephone.
If that's all you got stuck for, you're very lucky.
And you're right. We've been trying to get ahold of her for several months now. Phone no use. Gone over there several times and left notes on door, because no one will answer...NO USE.. And she owes us over $12,000.

I haven't the slightest clue as to why i continue to live in Marion County and not Hamilton. Neto's wife is in the interior decorating business and gets slammed with the RICO act for costing a few rich folks pocket change while a Marion County crime syndicate is running a $29 million dollar illegal numbers racket in Indianapolis.
How much does a double wide moblie home cost in Carmel? I'm outta here!
still confused

I'm still wondering why
you give someone $700 or $12,000
before they do the work or
deliver the furniture.
I can see giving a small down
payment, but I would make sure
the goods were delivered before
I paid. As a consumer, this
doesn't make sense to me.

I just want to say that I have a great deal of respect for Bob Netolicky--probably more so for Bob than all of the current Pacers combined. I know Bob personally, and he is a good person.
The "drive-by media" desires to sensationalize anything it possibly can. They don't know and don't care what the real circumstances are regarding a given situation.
I strongly believe these charges against Mrs. Netolicky will be totally dismissed or she will be found not guilty once the complete facts of this particular case are available to the prosecution and the court.
Once a person is accused of something, there's a de-facto finding of guilt once the media reports the allegation, with no regard for the substantiation, facts, or outcome of the case. This type of reporting ruins careers and lives of real people.
I stand beside Mr. and Mrs. Netolicky 100 percent.
100% beside Netolicky, Great!! Please announce yourself publically with your name and phone number. You can help us get our money back :-)

I knew HER in high school; dated her steady...very religious, very sweet but a little odd in a cute way (she was a beautiful girl); I just found out about this and it's as close to shocking as things get these days. Good luck Elaine, get some help.

I have known Elaine Netolicky for years. She is a used up whore who steals pills from her neighbors and friends. She invites guests to her house to steal there meds from there purses. We have taken so many reports about her and her scams over the years. She is a pill popping prostitute and needs the shit slapped out of her and about 25 years in the joint.
