Why won't you people believe the truth! I am one of many victims on the northside of Indy. She is criminal and so is her husband - he was often present when she conducted her faulty business transactions - I was in their home quite often. It is so sad. I hope God has mercy on them! What criminals!

They are really overdue for indictment - both husband and wife! I know many victims personally...sad story for Carmel and the Pacer organization.

I have known Elaine Netolicky for
man years. I can say this, whatever was done was not done with malice.
No intention here. None. She would not hurt a flea. She has a heart of gold and is truly one of the most
forgiving, giving people I know.
If she has done anything wrong, it
was because of lack of organization.
Please wait and hear the whole story
before you judge her. And comments
like the one about the cell are simply
uninformed and bitter.

These messages demonstrates the ignorance of certain people in Indiana. Bob had nothing to do with this and it is obvious his wife is suffering from something with him being appointed guardian. So before everyone starts making ignorant comments remember that you do not know what she may be going through. Neto has my support and so does his wife.

The plantiffs are all Chinese and they want to claim someone took their money, funny! That's like the pot calling the kettle black.

Some plaintiffs are Chinese, some aren't. It is irrelevant.
Being cheated is being cheated no matter who you are or where you came from.

This is not the first offense for Elaine Netolicky. She
pled guilty years earlier...check the court records.

From what I heard the amounts are around $500. Those Chineses people are something else.

Anyone who says she is innocent on this forum is clueless to reality. This is one time that the media got it right. I have witnessed Mrs. Netolicky in action and I know it to be true. Not only has she ripped off her own customers but she ripped off respectable businesses in the area was well by writing bad checks, taking product out on designer loan and never paying for them among other things. Bob may be a great guy but Elaine is no Angel. She should go to jail. She could also use the rehab time.

I just want to say that I have a great deal of respect for Bob Netolicky--probably more so for Bob than all of the current Pacers combined. I know Bob personally, and he is a good person.
The "drive-by media" desires to sensationalize anything it possibly can. They don't know and don't care what the real circumstances are regarding a given situation.
I strongly believe these charges against Mrs. Netolicky will be totally dismissed or she will be found not guilty once the complete facts of this particular case are available to the prosecution and the court.
Once a person is accused of something, there's a de-facto finding of guilt once the media reports the allegation, with no regard for the substantiation, facts, or outcome of the case. This type of reporting ruins careers and lives of real people.
I stand beside Mr. and Mrs. Netolicky 100 percent.
You don't know them as well as you think you do, no offense but I know first hand. There is no doubt that she needs help in a serious way.
There is some type of chemical dependency involved here without a doubt!

If there is some type of chemical imbalance and/or dependency, don't you think Elaine and her family have the right to go through this privately without being subjected to the media and opinions of those who don't know the whole story? The only reason this is "news" anyway is because of the Netolicky name.

I'm appalled by some of the racist comments here. Because some of the plantiffs are Chinese, you assume it's their fault. I was Elaine's customer once and I was lucky to get my money back. I know many people who didn't. They were Chinese, White, Black, and some Latinos too.

Way to go, you idiots. Blame it on the Chinese. Who are the victims here? Who is indicted for the fraud? You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Mark from Chicago, WTF do you know about Chinese in Indianapolis? You are a loser just like the Bears.

I paid Elaine $65.00 for a leather rug which I never did get. Also, she has several painted items that she took on consignment valued at approximately $700.00. I could not get in touch with her as her voice mail was full, and she would not answer the telephone.
