Why does "former Pacer" have to be in the headline. The current Pacers get enough bad publicity themselves. Why does their name have to be brought up? The fact her husband was a former Pacer is irrelevant to the charges against her.

Neto once owned a great bar in the "Meadows" ( 38th. & Keystone approx.)called "Neto's" ,
and his wife it seems has been illegal in her schemes ,
But one thing I will buy: Neto is still a great guy !
So cut him some slack , and a pat on the back !

"racketeering"

You've GOT to be kidding. Someone has a very active imagination and wants to make something look as bad as possible. If Neto was appointed her guardian, something it seriously wrong with her and could have led to this mess. Let's wait and see the WHOLE story, eh ?

Man, even their wives can't stay out of trouble?

I think the pacers need to change their name, disappear for a while, and come back in 2 years!

I just want to say that I have a great deal of respect for Bob Netolicky--probably more so for Bob than all of the current Pacers combined. I know Bob personally, and he is a good person.

The "drive-by media" desires to sensationalize anything it possibly can. They don't know and don't care what the real circumstances are regarding a given situation.

I strongly believe these charges against Mrs. Netolicky will be totally dismissed or she will be found not guilty once the complete facts of this particular case are available to the prosecution and the court.

Once a person is accused of something, there's a de-facto finding of guilt once the media reports the allegation, with no regard for the substantiation, facts, or outcome of the case. This type of reporting ruins careers and lives of real people.

I stand beside Mr. and Mrs. Netolicky 100 percent.

Knowing someone who was taken by Mrs. Netolicky's scheme for a significant amount of money - When this is all said and done the charges might be expanded from the current 14.

That sentence, as written, doesn't even make any sense.

This is just another example of the typical Hoosier redneck writing style generally used on these forums, which exhibit poor grammar (i.e. run-on sentences, incorrect punctuation, typing in all capital letters, and improper verb usage) and spelling (one I see frequently is "loose" in place of "lose").

With this being evidence of the educational level of the populace, is it any wonder why there are so many low-paying jobs in this state?

Bob Netolicky is still my hero, and I don't care what anyone says.
