Why is this news? Im sure if cops went door to door they would find guns in %70 of the homes. And you know our cops dont have enough to do if they choose a small time pot bust over a burglary.

Here is a thought, go door to door at hamilton square! Might find tons of stolen shit.

This guy should have been in Sheridan. They seem to look after their drug users there.

Hamilton County Protects Its Drug Dealers

Iím currently listed on Hamilton Countyís most wanted list. How did I get there? There is a local doctor (Jeffrey Boone) who has quite a few medicare patients one being my mother. It would seem the good doctor helps these individuals supplement their income by prescribing medications they can sell for a nice profit. A few months ago I ran a local drug user off from the home I shared with my mother and informed my mother that she was not selling drugs out of the home my father built. Something she denied though her drugs were repackaged in other bottles containing a few of each. Working the K-9 unit with the drug dogs in the Air Force I know the signs. Not to mention Iíve heard from some of her customers and have been informed she is using her sisterís name when dealing. At the time I had power of attorney over my mother to prevent other family members from placing her in a home. I told her that that might very well be an option.

After her next doctorís visit, I receive a visit from a Hamilton County Sheriffís deputy who informed me he was there to arrest me for domestic battery, that he had received a complaint from Dr. Boone. Without reading me my rights he began questioning me and after hearing my side stated my side made more sense and I shouldnít have anything to worry about. Later that week I was returning home from visiting a friend in Bloomington and swarmed by Sheridan Police Officers who told me there was a restraining order preventing my returning home.

Since then I have been harassed over a truck that was given to me by my nephew, but the title was in my motherís name after she forged his name on the title. The truck was totaled and she received payment for it and the truck disappeared shortly after. I figure the insurance took it or she came and got it from my apartment. Then after I went to gather my property the Sheridan police stopped me accusing me of doing something to her electricity, even though they supervised while I had been there to retrieve my things. It was soon discovered that the power had coincidently been turned off for non payment that same day.

And now after all else has failed it would seem we are back to wanted for battery. It would seem that the county would be better equipped to investigate criminal accusations. After all Iíve now emailed them twice in reference to this alleged crime and they have ignored me. They also have my phone number and have failed to try to contact me. As a matter of fact it is only recently that Iíve learned why they were supposedly looking for me. Even though I and several others have contacted them and informed the warrant was non specific. Now how do you get a warrant issued without charging a crime? Another interesting question is does Hamilton county protect all their drug dealers or just the ones in Sheridan, as it is rumored that the officers in this town deal in drugs. I have no first hand knowledge of this of course, though I do know they purchased a set of tires for the same drug buyer that I ran off from my motherís. Perhaps a preferred customer deal.

But we are talking about a county that has about ten people on their most wanted list. least half of which are wanted for misdemeanors.

What a heartwarming, lovely family story.

I bet the Thanksgiving dinner at that house is interesting.
